About Us - Our Story

Founded in 2025, Pawhaus is a dedicated UK small business.

At Pawhaus, our core mission is to enhance the quality of life for cats and their owners through carefully engineered, premium-grade pet products. We focus on crafting contemporary, elegant cat trees that nurture cats’ natural behavioural instincts while seamlessly complementing modern home interiors.

We firmly believe that a tailored living environment lays the foundation for every cat’s long-term health and happiness. Expert research confirms that enriched living spaces effectively reduce feline stress, boost daily activity, and foster calm, confident, and well-adjusted cats. For this reason, all our products are handmade with natural, robust, and long-lasting materials — prioritising pet safety and eco-friendly sustainability for a greener future.

We stand by the philosophy that practical functionality never has to compromise sophisticated design. Every Pawhaus cat tree is meticulously engineered to balance superior comfort, solid structural stability, and refined aesthetics. The result is a cosy, dedicated sanctuary for cats and a stylish home accessory that owners are delighted to showcase in their living spaces.

Our brand is driven by three core pillars: continuous innovation, consistent sustainability, and outstanding customer service. Beyond crafting premium pet furniture, we are deeply passionate about supporting local feline communities and giving back to those in need.

As a key part of our social commitment, we actively collaborate with and support local cat shelters and rescue organisations, devoting our efforts to helping rescue cats secure safe, warm, and loving forever homes.
